We want to hear from you. Reader feedback drives most of our improvements.

What we want to hear about

Outdated fees or exchange rates

If you used a service we listed and the actual receive amount differed from what RemitCheck showed, please tell us. Include the service, sender country, recipient country, amount, and the date. Discrepancies are our most valuable signal that something needs updating.

New corridors to cover

RemitCheck currently covers the most common remittance corridors but not every possible combination. If your corridor is not well represented, telling us increases its priority. Include the sender country and recipient country and which services you typically use.

New services to add

The remittance industry has new entrants regularly. If there is a service you use that we have not added (especially regional services in Africa, Asia, or Latin America), please share details.

Feature requests

If there is a comparison or feature that would help you make better remittance decisions, share it. Many of our most useful features came from reader suggestions.

What we cannot help with

RemitCheck is independent of remittance services. We cannot:

For these issues, please contact the relevant service directly. Each has dedicated customer support channels accessible through their app or website.

Press and partnership inquiries

For media questions, partnership proposals, or research collaboration, email us at the same address with "Press" or "Partnership" in the subject line.

Response expectations

We are a small team working part-time on RemitCheck. Response times: rate update reports typically reviewed within 48 hours and integrated within 7 days, feature requests acknowledged within a week, press inquiries 1-3 business days. We appreciate every message and read all of them, even when we cannot respond individually.
